What is your background?
I hold a bachelor degree in International Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School and Fudan University in Shanghai/China. I also have a language degree in Chinese from Jiao Tong University, but don't ask me any hard questions in Mandarin, unfortunately most of what I learned is forgotten. After studies I have worked in different SaaS companies with existing customers, maintaining a good relationship and increasing the accounts.

What are your responsibilities as a Customer Success Manager at Dimension10?
My responsibilities are to make sure that all of our existing customers have everything they need and that they feel comfortable in using our product by themselves. So my main focus is to maintain and increase our existing customer accounts. Since this is a new technology for many, we are very involved in the implementation of the software and during their lifecycle as a customer. We have to lead the way, or hold their hand, when it comes to how and when they should use it. To have a dedicated contact person makes the customer feel more safe and prepared.
